BRENTWOOD, TN-The Financial Plaza building, soon to be the ex-home of Tractor Supply Inc. is scheduled to be sold via online auction in August.
The 98,049-square-foot Westpark building is owned by Prudential Insurance. Tractor Supply is preparing to move next year to a new 260,000 square-foot, LEED-certified building located in a new development on Virginia Way, about a block away from its current headquarters property. The company broke ground last year on the project.
Another office building, also located in the Maryland Farms area, is headed for auction as well. The 98,656-square-foot Westpark building at 111 Westwood Place is also set to go to online auction. The property is home to the headquarters of Brookdale Senior Living as well as offices for Commercial Insurance Associates, according to the Nashville Post.
