MOONACHIE, NJ-HighRoad Press has signed a lease for 38,000 square feet of space at 220 Anderson Ave. here.

The printing firm relocated from 25,000 square feet of space in the Soho section of Manhattan to the Moonachie building, according to HighRoad Press CEO Hallie Satz.

In connection with its move, HighRoad will be receiving $300,000 in state tax incentives over a 10-year period under the state Economic Development Authority's Business Employment Incentive Program, according to The Record. Dean Brody of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the deal, representing HighRoad and building owner Prologis.

The company brings 43 jobs to its Moonachie facility. Setz expects the total workforce will be 60 employees in 18 months. See story in The Record.
