MIAMI—After winning exclusive deal after deal on the office leasing front this year, Blanca Commercial Real Estate is expanding its tenant representation practice. Blanca has hired Luciana Carvalho as a senior vice president.
Carvalho is a seven year commercial real estate industry veteran. She has been involved in transactions with top tier companies such as Banco do Brasil, Electrolux, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, John Hancock, and Northwestern Mutual, among others. She comes to Blanca from Cresa. She previously served as a tenant rep at Transwestern, as well as a financial advisor with Arthur A. Finkle & Associates.

Carvalho is set to help Blanca with its new growth. Since Blanca came to the market in 2009, the company has become one of region's most active commercial real estate service firms. Blanca has advised clients in the completion of more than 5.5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions.
