DALLAS-Blaine Hale has joined joined Colvill Office Properties to open and put into operation the Houston-based company's first Dallas office. Hale, who takes the title of senior vice president, will handle leasing for Chase Tower, a 55-story, 1.2 -square-foot Hines REIT office complex in the Dallas CBD as well as other leasing and marketing activities for the firm's Dallas portfolio.
Prior to joining Colville, Hale was director of leasing with CBRE, where he handled activities for the 1.1-million-square-foot Lincoln Plaza in Dallas' CBD. Hale also had stints with Jones Lang LaSalle (vice president) and Paragon Group/Insignia Commercial Group (senior project manager). He has also served in leasing and marketing for Rosewood Property Co. and Property Company of America.
A native of San Antonio, Hale graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
