MIAMI—And another new commercial real estate firm—led by a group of industry veterans—hits the South Florida market. South Florida real estate brokers Isabel Fine, Danny Zelonker, and Stephen Rigl have partnered together to form a new venture called Real Miami Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
Real Miami plans to complete on the brokerage services front. The firm will tackle all aspects of commercial real estate property, from acquisitions and leasing to disposition and consulting.
The trio has been active in the brokerage, ownership, and management of properties in South Florida for more than 25 years, working with banks, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals. The principals have represented clients such as Macy's, Church of Scientology, Prologis, Crescent Real Estate Equities, MDM Development, Equitable Real Estate, U.S. Century Bank, Traveler's Insurance Company, Florida Community Bank, Atkins & Breskin, Empire Equities, and Aetna Realty.
“We formed the firm because we were involved in several deals together in 2012 and realized that together we would be a formidable team,” says Zelonker. Collectively, they closed more than $80 million dollars in 2012. Their work spans key market areas throughout Miami-Dade including Wynwood/Midtown, Kendall/Dadeland, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell/Downtown, and Miami Beach.
“We focus on acquiring 'off-market' properties for our clients,” Fine says. “Collectively, we blend our financial, leasing, and negotiation skills to offer a unique level of representation.”
