PHILADELPHIA-GH Realty has purchased two commercial condominiums in Center City here on Walnut and Chestnut streets for a combined $10.6 million.

The firm, headed by David Grasso, president and CEO of Grasso Holdings, purchased the two commercial condominiums from Kimco Realty Corp. of New Hyde Park, NY, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

GH Realty acquired the Alison building at 1805 Walnut for $9.1 million. The deal involved 31,902 square feet over floors four through eight. The space features 12 residential condos and a 3,611-square-foot penthouse.

The company also paid $1.5 million for 25,965 square feet of office space on floors two through 10 at 1831 Chestnyt. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
