GHP Office Realty Inks Deals in NY and CT

WHITE PLAINS, NY-GHP Office Realty reports it has leased a total of nearly 92,000 square feet of office space at its 131 Danbury Road Building in Wilton, CT and its Ramland Road Corporate Park in Orangeburg, NY.

Tracy Locke, an integrated marketing agency, signed a renewal on its 42,408-square-foot office space at 131 Danbury Road, according to GHP, which is the office division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC. Tracy Locke offers marketing communications services to consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, restaurant, and technology companies. The tenant was represented by Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate. Also at the 53,000-square-foot building, Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently signed a long-term renewal on its 7,000-square-foot office space.

The company also reports that a host of lease transactions involving new leases and renewals totaling 42,369 square feet have brought its two-building, 80,000-square-foot Ramland Road Corporate Park in Rockland County to 96% occupancy. Among the larger transactions included Sensormatic's lease of 7,297 square feet at 30 Ramland Road. Sensormatic designs, manufactures, sells and services its own products in markets worldwide including electronic article surveillance, access control and closed circuit television systems. Robert Norton of CBRE locally represented the tenant. Also, Katapult, LLC, an affiliate of Octagon Process, Inc., an airplane de-icing company, signed a long-term lease to occupy 6,700 square foot at 30 Ramland Road. Bill Pastuszak of Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, LLC represented the tenant. Andy Greenspan, principal of GHP and Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP, represented the building owner in all the lease transactions.
