NEW YORK CITY-Northern Trust has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet of office space at 40 West 57th Street and will move its headquarters from 65 East 55th St. by the end of this year.
The investment management firm will occupy the entire 21st floor of the 34-story building, according to the Commercial Observer.
Howard Fiddle of CBRE represented the building owner LeFrak. Gus Field of Cushman & Wakefield handled discussions for Northern Trust. Other major tenants at the property include: JPMorgan/Highbridge, Elliott Management Corp. and VF Corp. See story in the Commercial Observer.
