BALTIMORE-Seawall Development Corp. unveiled its largest redevelopment project in the Remington section of the city on Saturday that will feature retail, apartments and offices for non-profits.
The redevelopment project is targeted for a three-block section of Remington Avenue between 27th and 29th streets, according to the Baltimore Sun. Seawall Partner Evan Morville told attendees of a community meeting on Saturday that the company hopes to break ground on the $35-million project next June and complete the venture by June 2015.
He adds that the firm envisions the retail component to be “neighborhood retail” with no big-box stores. See story in the Baltimore Sun.
