ARLINGTON, VA-Paradigm Development Co. plans to move forward with a plan to build an apartment tower on a portion of the American Trucking Association's former headquarters property here.

Paradigm, which is based in Arlington, acquired the property from Lone Star Funds for $19.2 million in late 2012, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The company hopes to break ground on the 25-story, 505-unit Park Meridian development in January. The Park Meridian is located across Eisenhower Avenue from Paradigm's 25-story Meridian at Eisenhower apartment project. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
