NEW YORK CITY-Commercial office space provider Regus has signed a long-term lease deal totaling 30,000 square feet at 104 West 40th Street, according to the Real Deal.

Regus is taking space on the fourth and fifth floors at the property, which is owned by Princeton International Properties.

“We're really looking to expand on the west side of Manhattan, filling in the dots of where we aren't,” says Grant Greenberg, a Regus spokesman, in the Commercial Observer.

An opening of the facility on West 40th Street has no been set, but is likely to occur in either late 2013 or early 2014. Last month, Regus singed a 23,000-square-foot lease at 31 Penn Plaza. See story in the Commercial Observer.
