TOWSON, MD-Demolition is nearly complete at the site of what will be two, four-story luxury apartment buildings on Dulaney Valley Road here.
Demolition on the existing Dulaney Valley Apartments building containing 150 apartment units is in its last phase and will make way for the construction of a 295-unit building called The Winthrop that is being developed by Chesapeake Realty Partners and Wood Partners, according to the Baltimore Sun. Marketing for the available units at the property will begin in May 2014.
A second 175-unit building is also planned. That project will be built by Wood Partners and The Taylor Group. The developers stated that the communities would operate separately, but will feature complementary designs. See story in the Baltimore Sun.
