ATLANTA-The Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co., and Ackerman & Co. are partnering on a plan to build a new 26-story apartment tower near the Buckhead MARTA station.

The project will feature 364 units at the site off Peachtree Road adjacent to the new MARTA pedestrian bridge over Georgia 400, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Novare is also developing the 100 6th St. residential tower in midtown and has completed SkyHouse Midtown on West Peachtree Street. The developer has other projects in the works in Orlando, FL, and Austin, Houston, and Dallas TX.

The project site is located in the recently created special public interest zoning district that includes the 50-story mixed-use office and condo tower 3344 Peachtree and the 42-story Mandarin Oriental Atlanta. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
