ARLINGTON, VA-Decisive Analytics has inked a 24,667-square foot lease at 1400 Crystal City Dr. The ten-year deal was brokered by Cresa's Tom Birnbach, Dennis Tapiero and Chilton Griffin. Cresa Washington DC's Project Management Services, led by Griffin, is handling DAC's relocation. Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises is the landlord.
DAC is currently based at 1235 S. Clark St., less than a mile from its future corporate office. The move to its new location—a 13-story, 308,000-square foot office recently renovated to LEED Gold standards--is planned for Oct. 1. Birnbach notes in a prepared statement that the tenant received "a strong economic package" and will allow the company to "operate more efficiently."
Lowe Enterprises recently completed a $70 million redevelopment of the building, which also features a conference facility, a fitness center and a penthouse terrace. DAC is the initial lease at the renovated property, and it will occupy the entire top floor.
