DAYTON, OH-Procter & Gamble is reportedly considering the Dayton region for a massive distribution center.

The Cincinnati-based consumer goods firm is considering the Dayton region for a new 2 million-square-foot facility, multiple sources tell the Dayton Business Journal.

Montgomery County Commissioners were scheduled to meet today to discuss an agreement to build an access road into an industrial park in Union, OH in a deal with the county, city of Union and the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District. The newspaper reports that indications are the access road project is to be done in connection with the P&G distribution center. A spokesman for P&G states the company does not comment on rumors and speculation. See story in the Dayton Business Journal.
