NORFOLK, VA-After expanding its head count and posting some $100 million in volume over the last year, Jones Lang LaSalle's Hampton Roads' office is now moving. The company has inked a lease in Norfolk's World Trade Center at 101 W. Main St.

Jones Lang LaSalle's Hampton Roads office has added three brokers and one administrative professional over the last year. It has also completed more than 150 transactions during that same period. "It has been a good year," Charlie Polk, managing director, tells GlobeSt.com. "We have landed some premier tenant accounts and by far the best agency account with Harbor Group."

Harbor Group owns the World Trade Center where JLL inked its lease. JLL was hired by the company to handle its office portfolio in Norfolk, a four-building portfolio totaling some one million square feet. JLL's Hampton Roads office is about three years old. In that time it has built out a base that includes almost four million square feet of listings.

Polk says JLL is adding to the local team. "We expect the momentum generated by our recent deals to double or triple our footprint in the market in the next two to three years."
