ASHBURN, VA-The Inova Health System has submitted plans to Loudoun County for an emergency care center and medical office building.

The plan filed with Loudoun County calls for a 50,500-square-foot emergency care center and a separate 71,280-square-foot medical office building that will be located at the intersection of Barrister Street and the Loudoun County Parkway, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The $31-million ambulatory care center and supporting parking will be built first, followed by the office building later on. Inova says it hopes to break ground by March. 2014. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
