CHANTILLY, VA-As part of its planned consolidation of North Virginia operations, PepsiCo has put its warehouse on Lee Jackson Memorial Parkway here on the market for sale.
The beverage giant has hired NAI KLNB to market the warehouse that totals nearly 68,000 square feet and has set an asking price of $10 million, according to a report in the Washington Business Journal.
The availability also includes 4.5 acres of developable land across from the Dulles Auto Park. KLNB is marketing that property as a potential auto dealership. The PepsiCo warehouse property was listed for sale approximately 10 days ago, according to the report. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
