NEW YORK CITY-Kraft & Kennedy, a technology and strategic consulting company, is shifting its headquarters operations from 360 Lexington Ave. to 630 Third Ave.

The firm has signed a 15-year, 10,224-square-foot lease at the ATCO Properties & Management building, according to the Commercial Observer. The company will be the sole tenant on the 14th floor of the office building.

“The tenants coming into the building can appreciate that it's one of the best buildings in the Grand Central market with a long-term, first class ownership,” says Arthur Draznin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who represented ownership in the transaction with Hunter Berman. Draznin says that upgrades and a modernization of the building have spurred a number of lease deals at the property.

“As Kraft & Kennedy continues its strong local presence in New York City, we're proud to welcome this well-known leader in the tech industry to 630 Third Avenue,” states Kate Goodman, ATCO's Co-President.

Kraft & Kennedy will move into temporary “swing” space in September and into its permanent offices by mid-December 2013. See story in the Commercial Observer.
