NEW YORK-TOWN Residential reports it has opened its ninth Manhattan location at 33 Irving Place. The office will serve as the new home to the brokerage firm's executive team and corporate staff.
The relocation of the executive staff was necessitated by the firm's recent expansion of its offices at the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Ave. The company's new space at the historic 33 Irving Place property will play host to the company's corporate services and relocation, marketing, new development, human resources, technical support, facilities and legal departments. In addition, the firm's PR news desk, its new international sales division, as well as 40 of the firm's sales representatives will call 33 Irving Place home base.
The new location is a key expansion for the firm's downtown operations, company officials say. “Park Avenue is like Manhattan's central highway, and being able to access it directly is tremendously valuable,” said TOWN Residential Founder and CEO Andrew Heiberger. “From this location, any neighborhood is accessible – uptown, downtown, crosstown. The office is conveniently situated right near Union Square, a transportation hub and fabulous place for sales professionals to be.”
“With this new office we are nearing the completion of phase two of our overall business plan,” adds Heiberger. “ You can expect another big announcement from TOWN within the next 30 days.”
