SAN ANTONIO-Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate development, services and investment firm, has been awarded a new listing assignment of 78.59 acres of land near San Antonio.
Annette Turrentine and Patricia Hagy selected Stream Realty to list the property, which is located near Leon Springs, northwest of San Antonio in Bexar County and is zoned outside of city limits. Ryan Harrison and Michael Kent of Stream Realty Partners will serve as listing agents for the property.
“This property is ideal for residential development,” Harrison said. “It's located in one of the fastest-growing areas in Bexar County and has a variety of amenities to offer.”
The listing is contiguous to a 5,000-acre private conservation easement that will not be developed. Amenities include convenient access to the area's major employers, including Nu Star Energy, Valero, UTSA and USAA.
In addition, the property is close to shopping and entertainment venues including The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera, as well as high-end residential neighborhoods such as Anaqua Springs, Sundance Ranch and The Canyons at Scenic Loop.
