NEW YORK CITY-The American division of Japanese advertising firm Dentsu Inc. has increased its presence at 32 Ave. of the Americas to nearly 220,000 square feet.
The firm signed a 10-year lease for another 36,845 square feet encompassing the entire 20th floor of the 27-story tower, according to a report in The Commercial Observer.
Dentsu now occupies the entire fifth, sixth, 16th, 20th and 25th floors, and parts of the 24th and 25th floors.
Alexander Chudnoff and Scott Vinett of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Dentsu. The building owner Rudin Management was represented in-house by Robert Steinman. See story in the Commercial Observer.
