MIAMI—Sunbeam Properties chose Jones Lang LaSalle to lease its second generation office flex product at Miramar Park of Commerce. The project spans about 100,000 square feet.
The park is home to more than 160 companies from start-ups to multinationals. It is the largest privately-owned and managed business park in South Florida.

Flex space options range from approximately 5,000 to 35,000 square feet. Leasing rates for the Park's flex space range from $6.95 to $9.50 per square foot, depending on the age and condition of the space and build out.
Located east of Red Road on both sides of Miramar Parkway, the park is accessible from anywhere in South Florida due to its direct access to Florida's Turnpike and Interstate 75. With 5 million square feet, spread over 600 acres with numerous entry points, the park home to national and international companies in industries such as technology, aviation and healthcare, including American Express, Spirit Airlines, and Memorial Healthcare.
