Located in the Northwest Spring Valley area of Houston at 1012 Campbell Road, this approximately 46,224 square foot property, contains a 12,676 square foot retail strip that sits on 1.06 acres of land. The buyer, Dr. Anh of C 1 Health Management, LLC, purchased the property for an undisclosed amount and plans on converting the center to a chiropractic clinic in the future. The buyer was represented by Matthew Goldsby of Belovoir Real Estate Group, LLC.
