CHARLOTTE—Just after Avison Young announced plans to open an office in Greenville, S.C., Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services coming to the southern city with an outpost of its own. The appraisal service line of real estate firm Lee & Associates is officially in Greenville.
Lee appointed Robby Moon, MAI, a 22-year industry veteran in the Greenville/Spartanburg market, to lead the charge. Moon is responsible for preparing real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses, and market studies of commercial assets in South Carolina, North Carolina, and surrounding markets in his new position.
“Robby brings long-term relationships with some of the region's most influential players,” Daniel Boring MAI, CEO of Lee & Associates Valuation, tells GlobeSt.com. “His addition to our valuation and appraisal team will greatly bolster our presence in this market, both on a local and state level.”
Prior to joining Lee, Moon was the president of Upstate Appraisal, Inc. He appraised thousands of properties in the retail, industrial, multifamily, and office markets throughout the Southeast. His clients have included national and local lenders, state and federal agencies, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, law firms, and developers.
