WILMINGTON, DE-AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals has sold the Rollins Building at 2200 Concord Pike here for $10.5 million.

The London-based drug maker, which formerly occupied the 15-story, 200,000-square-foot building, sold the property to an affiliate of Pennsylvania-based Roch Management, which is owned by Rocco Abessinio, the founder of Apple Bank.

AstraZeneca acquired the building about a decade ago for nearly $38 million. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
