NEW YORK CITY-Sportswear designer Tory Burch is expanding her firm's presence at 11 West 19th St. by leasing another 52,000 square feet of space.
The firm initially leased 26,000 square feet of space at the Savitt Partners' building three years ago and with the new deal occupies more than 130,000 square feet at the property, according to the New York Post.
The new deal is a five-year sublease with Epilson Interactive that will be followed by a long-term direct lease at the building that is now 100% occupied. See story in the New York Post.
