HOUSTON-Colliers International has sold Oak Park Plaza at 6051 N. Course Drive. David Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers International represented the seller, WYAK Investments, LLC in the transaction.
Oak Park Plaza is a 53,000 SF, three-story office building, LEED Certified at the Silver level and situated in the master planned Oak Park Development.
