NEW YORK CITY-The law firm Mayer Brown is in discussions to lease approximately 200,000 square feet of space at 1221 Sixth Ave.
Sources also indicate that other potential lease deals are in play at the 52-story office building that has been marketing a large block of space ever since Société Générale announced plans to vacate about 500,000 square feet at the property in its move to 245 Park Ave., according to Crain's New York Business.
The newspaper reports that law firm White & Case, which is on the market for more than 400,000 square feet, is also in lease discussions for space at the building owned and operated by Rockefeller Development. See story in Crain's New York Business.
