NEW YORK CITY—A project to be built opposite the Metro North station will result in the tallest office building in Harlem.
The twin tower buildings at 1800 Park Ave. between 124th and 125th streets will rise to 320 feet and will feature 650,000 square-foot of residential space and 70,000 square feet of retail, according to the New York Post.
“We can build 320 feet with views of the river and views of the park and it will be extraordinary for the neighborhood,” says the developer, Ian Bruce Eichner of Continuum Cos.
Under the city's 80/20 program, the development will include approximately 120 affordable units and about 380 market-rate apartments. See story in the New York Post.
