NEW YORK CITY–Cushman & Wakefield has attracted what it terms “eight future stars” to its Midtown Manhattan office, GlobeSt.com has learned exclusively. Staff joining C&W at the associate level include Brian Barasha, Nicholas Dysenchuk, Paige Engeldrum, L. Ryan Hughes, Sebastian Infante, Brett Longo, Joe Perlson and Brian Zoubek. Alex Lachmund transferred from the firm's Long Island office, where he focused on tenant representation.
“We are very excited to be bringing in new talent as we grow for the future,” says Ron Lo Russo, president of the New York tri-state region at C&W. “These professionals will learn from the best brokers in the business in New York and we look forward to providing them with all the resources necessary to succeed.”
Late last month, C&W reported that gross revenue globally increased 15.6% to $582.5 million for second-quarter that ended June 30, compared with $503.7 million the year prior. Adjusted income attributable to owners of the parent for the current quarter increased 79.4% to $12.2 million, as compared with the prior year quarter of $6.8 million. C&W is majority-owned by EXOR S.p.A., the investment company controlled by the Agnelli family.
