Trammell Crow Brings on Veteran Investments Adviser

SEATTLE-Trammell Crow Company says that John Parker has joined the company as a strategic consultant to the Capital Markets Group focusing on identifying new investment trends, analyzing various investment philosophies and advising TCC to implement best practices that align with market demand.

In his new role, he will be responsible for institutional capital raising, investor relations and structuring strategic joint ventures.

“John brings over 30 years of industry experience to TCC, and the ability to identify investment trends, as well as experience in identifying commercial projects and partners to generate strong, consistent investment performance,” said John Stirek, president - western operations & capital markets for Trammell Crow Company. “We are pleased to have him a part of the team and look forward to expanding TCC's investment partners and footprint across the U.S. in various product types.”

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Parker served as president of Bentall Kennedy, where he was a founding principal of Kennedy Associates, as well as Head of the Investment Committee. In this role, he was involved with strategic planning and focused on key client relationships. During his 30 year tenure with the firm, he also served as CEO, director of asset management and director of acquisitions. 

Parker holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and served as a director of the National Association of Real Estate Investments Managers and the Elite Group of Mutual Funds.
