RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ-Locally-based KABR Group is acquiring a third building in the Overpeck Centre here for approximately $17 million.

Adam Altman, a partner with KABR, says the firm acquired the debt on the 150,000-square-foot office building and has a contract to take title. The closing on the property, which has been in foreclosure, is scheduled for mid-October, according to The Record.

KABR also owns 55 Challenger Road and 85 Challenger Road in the 60-acre corporate park. The firm plans to undertake a multi-million dollar capital improvement program at to 100 Challenger Road. See story in The Record.
