Miller Team Renews Multiple Leases at Williams Trace Shopping Center

HOUSTON-Henry S. Miller Brokerage, recently signed two new tenants and renewed the leases for four tenants at Williams Trace Shopping Center.

Relocating from 4225 N Highway 6, Cinquemani Integra Insurance company will be occupying 973 square feet at the neighborhood power center; their new location just opened for business. JKM Brothers, Inc. is now also calling Williams Trace SC home. The clothing company opened its first Houston location this summer at Williams Trace, occupying 705 square feet. New Looks Salon, Bouquet Florist, Los Tios, and Petco have all renewed their Williams Trace leases as well.

The Williams Trace leasing team of Shawn Ackerman, president, and Jason Du, assistant VP of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Greater Houston Retail Division executed the deal.

Williams Trace Shopping Center is a premier retail destination located at State Highway 6 South and Williams Trace Boulevard. The community retail center features a variety of well-known national retailers, two complete phases, and a recently renovated Randall's Grocer anchor. It is currently more than 90% occupied.
