NEW YORK CITY-The Doneger Group has signed a nearly 48,000-square-foot lease renewal for its offices at 463 Seventh Ave.
The firm, which provides brand intelligence to fashion industry companies, signed a 13-year lease renewal for 47,570 square feet with building owner the Arsenal Co. The firm's offices are on the second and third floor of the Outerwear Building, according to the Commercial Observer.
The Doneger Group, which was founded in 1946, also has an office in Los Angeles where it operates its Directives West Division. See story in the Commercial Observer.
