WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Miami-based The Related Group has revised its plans and looks to now build a much larger Icon Palm Beach project.
The firm is now planning to build six towers with more than 1,00 condominium units at the site on Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Condo Vultures reports that Related is expanding its original plan that called for two towers and approximately 400 units at the 4400 block of Flagler Drive.
Related is adding the four additional towers with the help of RSBC Real Estate, which controls 14 acres along the waterfront and marina at the 4200 block of Flagler Drive, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
