NEW YORK CITY-Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance's office here has acquired Kenneth Zund Realty, a local brokerage house.  Zund is expected to provide growth and professional services to the CBC New York, under the direction of current CBC principals Richard Selig and Peter Sabesan. The Zund team joining CBC Alliance includes co-founder Jeffrey Zund—who will now serve as executive managing director, as well as Thomas Pfingst, senior director and Alex Redlus, associate.

“Adding a firm of the caliber of the Zund Realty organization further enhances the level of service we offer to clients,” says Selig, “and is another key component of our rapidly growing development.”

“The business philosophy of the Kenneth Zund Realty organization closely aligned with our emphasis on client servicing and results,” adds Sabesan.

“Joining CBC Alliance will allow us to provide a superior suite of services to our clients, with an even greater reach and scope than ever before,” says  Zund. “We look forward to playing a key role in this company's continuous ascension into a major player in both the Manhattan and national markets.”

Notes Obie Walli, CEO for the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance organization, “When we first launched our New York office, our goal was to quickly grow the operation and establish it as both the flagship location for the CBC Alliance organization and a powerhouse in New York City commercial real estate. With the addition of the Zund team on board, we remain on the path towards achieving both of those goals.”
