Medical Offices Planned for Sugar Land Parcel

HOUSTON-Colliers International and client NNP-Telfair LLC have closed on the sale of approximately 1.99 acres to Empire Commercial Developers LLC in the Telfair Lakefront District East Business Park at Highway 59 and University Boulevard in Sugar Land.

American Commercial Contractors is designing and building a three-story, 56,000-square-foot professional medical office building and a three-story, 79,000-square-foot parking garage for the purchaser, a partnership comprised of a group of Sugar Land physicians and Empire Commercial Developers. Construction is planned to start before the end of the month, with completion in summer of 2014. Charles Herder, Kolbe Curtice and Corbin Janssen of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.
