WASHINGTON, DC-Republic Properties Corp. has retained Cassidy Turley to market the planned second phase of its Republic Square office development in NoMa.
The Washington, DC-based firm is seeking buyers or partners for the project at 660 N. Capitol St. NW, according to the Washington Business Journal. Republic has tentative plans that call for an eight-story office building of nearly 200,000 square feet at the property near Union Station. Republic previously developed Republic Square I, which includes about 385,000 square feet of office space, on the same block.
Cassidy Turley broker Jud Ryan says he the project could draw significant interest from developers due to the significant demand for new, high-quality office space in the district. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
