NASHVILLE, TN-Commercial financing firm Walker & Dunlop, Inc. reports it has provided more than $117 million in financing for 2,399 housing units in 11 cities across Tennessee.
The Bethesda, MD-based firm reports that the refinance, supplemental and construction loans were structured using HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions for affordable, assisted living, market-rate and student properties.
Walker & Dunlop Vice Presidents, Keith Melton and David Strange lead the Nashville office production team, which structured the financing for the properties located in Germantown, Hixson, Johnson City, Kingston, Lebanon, Nashville, Smyrna and Sweetwater.
The Nashville team recently structured three loans under HUD's 221(d)4 program for The Summit at Nashville West, The Reserve and Almaville Farms at Seven Oaks. Combined, the three loans have more than $58 million in committed borrowing capacity available, company officials state.
