Auction Set for Exclusive Estate

COTO DE CAZA, CA-Auction.com is preparing to conduct a three-day online auction of a 6,000-square-foot luxury estate in the Los Ranchos Estates area of the exclusive Orange County gated community Coto de Caza. The auction for the 5.3-acre property begins at 6 p.m. on October 8 and concludes at 6 p.m. on October 10.

The estate, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac at 31592 Vinedo Rd., consists of a 6,000-square-foot home with sweeping views of the Saddleback Mountains. The home includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a family living room and four-car garage. The living spaces also include two fireplaces, a library and a large fitness room. Also featured on the grounds are a swimming pool, waterfalls, Jacuzzi and space to build equestrian facilities if desired.

The home is nestled in a private community where many reality stars, sports figures and celebrities choose to live. It is also located near the original North Gate of Coto de Caza and close to several restaurants and shopping centers.

Prospective buyers had the opportunity to attend one open house on September 22, but there will be another one held this Sunday, September 29, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The online auction is backed by Auction.com's marketing program and online platform, which bring together sellers and qualified buyers through a transparent process. Bidders must register at www.auction.com and provide a $10,000 deposit with proof of funds.

As GlobeSt.com reported earlier this week, Auction.com closed 20 commercial assets in 11 states during the week ending September 6. The sales had a combined total value of more than $65 million.
