STAMFORD, CT-Baker Properties of White Plains, NY has acquired the warehouse and office building at 316 Courtland Ave. here for $9.25 million.
The deal reported by HK Group of Westport, CT, involves the 116,000-square-foot building on six acres located in eastern Stamford. HK Group's Matthew Keefe was the sole broker in the transaction. The identity of the seller was not released.
AT&T occupies approximately 75,000 square feet of the building. Other tenants include Care of Trees and Planet Fitness.
