DENVER-Grand Peaks Properties and Rosewood Property Company have begun construction on Elevation @ County Line Station Apartments, a transit oriented multi-family development project, located on an eight-acre site in northern Douglas County, CO.

The site is located adjacent to the County Line Road RTD Park-n-Ride and a short walk to the light rail station, Park Meadows Mall and the Colorado Athletic Club – Inverness. The property enjoys easy access to I-25, the major north-south corridor; E-470, the outer loop toll road which provides easy access to Denver International Airport and the Rocky Mountains and County Line Station, a major stop on Denver's light rail system.

The 265-unit project will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with tuck-under parking, reducing the project's overall footprint. The development is comprised of four 4-story buildings with secured access, conditioned and finished interior corridors, 112 private garages, and a 4th floor clubhouse with excellent mountain views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak.

Elevation will feature top of the market finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vinyl wood floors. The buildings will also feature elevators and a well-equipped high tech fitness center. First occupancy will be available in early second quarter of 2014.

“We look forward to the completion of this dynamic transit-oriented development with our partners at Rosewood Property Company,” said Luke Simpson, president of Grand Peaks Properties. “We believe that the location of the property directly adjacent to the County Line light rail station makes this one of the best sites for multifamily development in the Denver area.”

“We are pleased to partner with Grand Peaks and have the utmost respect for the Simpson family's deep experience and successful track record in developing and managing multi-family housing,” added Bill Flaherty, president of Rosewood Property Company.

The project was designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, financed by KeyBank and is being built by Rand Construction, when complete in August, 2014, Elevation @ County Line Station will be managed by Grand Peaks Property Management.
