AUSTIN, TX-KBS Realty Advisors, Newport Beach, CA, has signed deals for five separate leases totaling 40,265 square-feet at its SouthTech Business Center in Austin.
The business center leases consist of renewals for 15,723 square-feet with Biocell, L.P.; 7,450 square-feet with Earthcore Industries, LLC; 7,170 square-feet by Barton Springs Brewery, LLC; and 6,195 square-feet by Compudata Products, Inc. Additionally, Barton Springs Soda Co., LLC, signed a new lease at the property for 3,727 square-feet.
SouthTech Business Center is a class-A, 260,112-square-foot office/flex property consisting of four buildings at the intersection of Friedrich Lane and East St. Elmo Road in Southeast Austin, the third-largest submarket in Austin. It is located near executive housing in Tarrytown, Westlake Hills and Barton Creek and offers excellent access to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Interstate-35, State Highway 71 and US 290.
“SouthTech Business Center provides a premium location that is ideal for the industrial warehouse product industry, which comprises a considerable share of this important submarket,” said Giovanni Cordoves, KBS vice president and asset manager.
