NEW YORK CITY-Ashkenazy Acquisitions is in contract to acquire the ground under 625 Madison Ave.

The firm controlled by Ben Ashkenazy and Michael Alpert would purchase the property for approximately $400 million, according to the New York Post.

The deal will expand the firm's holdings on Madison Avenue. Ashkenazy owns the leasehold at 635, a retail condo at 660, and a retail condo at. 841 Madison. The duo also partnered on 711 with Carlyle at 650 Madison, which was sold recently for nearly $1.3 billion. See story in the New York Post.
