IRVINE, CA-Auction.com closed 24 online auction transactions for commercial assets during the two-week period of September 6-20. The assets were in 14 states and had a combined total value of more than $83 million.

Among the assets sold were two California properties: Civic Center Tower, a 109,850-square-foot office building in San Jose, listed by Colliers International; and Victorville Pavilion, a 37,331-square-foot retail property in Victorville, CA, listed by Cushman & Wakefield. Also sold were Hart Kings Crossing, a 138,362-square-foot retail center in Shreveport, LA, listed by Corporate Realty; and Village at Sandhill Forum Center, a 174,160-square-foot retail center in Columbia, SC, listed by Faison & Associates LLC. The Shreveport closing was the largest transaction for Auction.com during that time period.

GlobeSt.com was unable to determine the identities of the buyers or sellers for any of these properties or the sale prices prior to deadline, but will update the story when that information becomes available.

As GlobeSt.com reported last week, Auction.com closed 20 commercial assets in 11 states during the week ending September 6. The sales had a combined total value of more than $65 million.
