CHICAGO- Oprah Winfrey is looking to sell at least some of her Harpo Studios property in the West Loop.

Winfrey has hired real estate firm Eastdil Secured LLC to market the property, according to Nicole Nichols, a Harpo spokeswoman. The studio is looking at possibly selling, refinancing or leasing back a portion of its four-building campus, as well as other Harpo assets, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The studio and parking facilities at 1058 W. Washington span a city block.

Winfrey began operations at the studio in 1989 and stopped taping her blockbuster television program there in 2011. See story in the Chicago Sun-Times.
