SMYRNA, TN-NAI Global Corporate Solutions reports it has brokered two significant industrial transactions, including a deal totaling 178,000 square feet here.
The Smyrna deal, brokered by Brett Spitzer of NAI Global, involves a 178,000-square-foot lease with Beck Arnely World Parts at Crow Holdings Capital Partners' 2375 Midway Lane.
Spitzer also brokered a 77,285-square-foot industrial lease with Uni-Select USA at 8420 Westphalia Road in Upper Marlboro, MD. The selection of the site for its new distribution center ended a multi-market search for the company. The building owner in the lease deal is Westphalia Venture LLC.
