SAN DIEGO-Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of Castlepark Resort Apartments at 2065 West College Avenue in San Bernardino to Castlepark Apartments, LLC for $59 million. Ed Rosen and John Chu of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, LaSalle Investment Management.

Castlepark Resort Apartments is a 508-unit apartment community built in 1987. The complex sits on 28.77 acres and offers one and two bedroom apartments. The gated community offers amenities such as three swimming pools, two spas, tennis and volleyball courts, and barbeque areas. In-unit amenities include heating and air-conditioning, private patios and washer and dryer connections.

The complex is located just minutes away from California State University, San Bernardino, off the Interstate-215. Interstates 10 and 15 are located nearby, providing access to Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.
