SAN FRANCISCO-Colliers International has arranged the sublease of a 62,000 square foot, office/warehouse building situated on approximately three acres at 240 Dollar Avenue in South San Francisco.

Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, LLC subleased the property to 240 Dollar Avenue, Inc. This is one of the largest industrial lease transactions on the San Francisco Peninsula this year.

The new tenant has converted the building to a mini-warehouse facility with units ranging from as little as 200 sq. ft. to as large as 25,000 square feet. The site features secure, safe storage for industry or business, multiple dock and grade level loading positions, parking, sprinkler system, flexible lease terms and 24 hour security.

Mike Davis, SVP of Colliers International in the San Francisco Peninsula office represented the sublessee and co-represented the sublessor with JT Walker of Mohr Partners, Dallas.

“This facility provides a unique product that the San Francisco Peninsula does not currently have,” said Davis. “There is a gap in the market between mini-storage and small warehouse units. This building will fill that gap with units between 200 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. while also providing larger traditional sized warehouse units for tenant expansion.”

Colliers International is the third-largest commercial real estate services company in the world, with over 12,300 professionals operating out of more than 520 offices in 62 countries.
